Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.

UAE Driving License is required for renter's holding UAE Residence Visa. Any visitor's on a work visa must ensure that they have the required residence visa and meet the previous requirement before they will be able to rent.

It is not permitted to cross the UAE border. Please be advised that it is not permitted to take 4 x 4s off road.

Airport fee

Roadside assistance

Breakdown assistance is included with this car. In case of emergency during business hours, call the number provided by your car rental supplier and they will send help. Assistance outside of business hours may incur an extra charge. Please note that this only covers mechanical failure.

Unlimited mileage

Collision damage waiver (CDW)
