I will arrive in Dubai for a short stay and will continue my travel to Ryadh and pick up a vehicle there and then leave the car in Mecca. Is this possible?

If you intend to drop off the vehicle in a different location from the pick up location, then tick the box “Return to a different location”. If then no cars are displayed at STEP2, then one way is not permitted between these locations. For one way rentals sometimes it can be a fee. This is always included in the total rental rate and payable at the desk on arrival.

I see you made a correct search for one way car hire but choose Ryadh Downtown and do not see results? If you want to pick up at the City Centre you have to click the blue EXPAND button. This will expand your search and show cars. I suppose you arrive at Riyadh King Khalid Airport. Edit your search RE. pick up location if so. Budget is the only supplier who allow one way rental to Mecca.

OK, followed your instructions and indeed I see available cars now. Do I have to pay extra for leaving the car at another city?

No, one way fee is included in the rental rate shown. To see what the fee is, just select a car and look at the top right hand side at "Price Summary". it is mentioned there.

Can I add full cover Insurance?

Yes. It depends your country of residency normally. I can see you are an European citizin. Extra Insurance from our partner AXA will be offered just before the payment stage, after you selected a car.
